Con l’avvicinarsi del termine di chiusura della prima sessione del calciomercato ed al fine di assicurare ai tesserati e tesserate il necessario supporto legale per le risoluzioni dei rapporti di lavoro sportivo, lunedì 31 agosto e martedì 1 settembre 2026, all’Hotel Sheraton Milan San Siro – via Caldera 21 Milano, sarà presente un punto di assistenza AIC con la presenza dei Legali della nostra Associazione e i Conciliatori della CGIL.
A tal fine precisiamo che, qualora il calciatore/la calciatrice e/o le persone munite di potere di rappresentanza del Club non potessero presenziare personalmente, sarà necessaria la presenza di un delegato munito di procura notarile con espresso potere di conciliare e transigere in relazione allo specifico rapporto di lavoro sportivo.
Sarà possibile, pertanto, sottoscrivere in sede protetta gli accordi di risoluzione dei contratti ovvero validi accordi transattivi di rinuncia e/o transazione ex art. 2113 c.c.

As the deadline for the first transfer window approaches, and in order to ensure that registered male and female players receive the necessary legal assistance in connection with the termination of their sports employment relationships, on Monday 31 August and Tuesday 1 September 2026, an AIC assistance desk will be available at the Sheraton Milan San Siro Hotel – Via Caldera 21, Milan, with the presence of the legal advisers of our Association and CGIL conciliators.
In this regard, please note that, should the player and/or the persons vested with authority to represent the Club be unable to attend in person, a duly appointed representative must be present, holding a notarised power of attorney expressly granting them the authority to settle and compromise matters relating to the specific sports employment relationship.
It will therefore be possible to sign, in a protected setting, agreements for the termination of contracts or valid settlement agreements involving waivers and/or settlements pursuant to Article 2113 of the Italian Civil Code.
